If you are a creditor of a company and you wish to vote at a meeting of creditors, you must complete and lodge a Proof of Debt form.

If you wish to appoint a proxy to represent you at a creditors meeting and vote on your behalf, you must complete and lodge a Proxy form.

As electronic lodgement is currently not permitted under legislation, you should fax forms to our office before the meeting starts, or bring them to the meeting. If you are a creditor, employee or shareholder of a company under Voluntary Administration, you will have access to publicly available documents.
